Pawel Kaminski

Pawel Kaminski is the Co-founder and CTO at ucreate. Prior to this, they were the founder + Lightning and citysocializer's CTO. Pawel is responsible for building and managing onsite and remote technical team including ROR developers, QA, designers and mobile developers. Using agile/kanban process to deliver CEO vision into reality, advise on functionalities and resources requirements. Team management and general overseeing of all technical aspects of the business. Introduction of Kanban, continuous development and deployment. Helping in structuring and evolving company product, marketing strategy, scalability and technical future.

Pawel Kaminski studied software engineering at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and earned a master's degree.

They are on a team with Daniel Christey - Co-founder and Group Director, Marcin Dusza - COO, and Jacqueline Enoch - CFO. Their manager is Matt Jonns, Founder & CEO.
