Pawel Kaminski is a seasoned software engineer with a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. With a strong background in Ruby on Rails development, Pawel has held various technical roles in different companies, including being a Co-Founder and CTO at Founder + Lightning, Co-Founder at Bindr, and CTO at citysocializer. Pawel has also played key roles in technical leadership and project management, such as being the Lead Developer at Touch Local and Head of IT Department at Choice Gaming Limited. Throughout their career, Pawel has demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies, team management, system integration, and web development.
