Vineet Chopra

Vineet Chopra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, encompassing various leadership roles in the BPO and manufacturing sectors. As the Founder and Scrum Master at Lightning since December 2015, Vineet has demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies. Previously, at Dr. IT, Vineet managed a large team of over 380 agents while overseeing operations for the Telenor Tele-Verification Inbound Process. During tenure at OASIS, Vineet led multiple teams to ensure service delivery across Punjab. Additional experience includes managing teams at Cleardeal Consultants and i2i Enterprise Limited, with earlier roles as Liaison Manager at both Hanson Enterprise and Alpha Precitech. Vineet holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations from Panjab University.
