Pablo Adrián Vaquero has been working in the corporate world since 1990. Pablo Adrián began their career as a Territory Manager at Industrias John Deere Argentina SA, where they were responsible for developing and managing the network of distributors in the west of Buenos Aires and La Pampa. Pablo Adrián was also responsible for launching new products. In 1995, they joined Monsanto Argentina SAIC as Vice President, working with business leaders in South America and the US to develop specific strategies with major exporters, managing current business opportunities, identifying areas of opportunity and collaboration to create long-term global relationships. Pablo Adrián was also responsible for supporting negotiations with local stakeholders to implement business models that would bring new technology to the region in soybean cultivation. In 2000, they became the Marketing and Promotion Manager, and in 2001 they became the Business Manager of Corn and Sorghum, being responsible for launching the first biotechnological event in Latin America, the Bt corn. In 2010, they were appointed Vice President of the Argentine Seed Association and in 2012 they became President of the Produir Conservando Foundation. In 2015, they were appointed Director of Estrateco and in 2016 they were appointed President and CEO of Gensus SA. In 2018, they became Co-Founder of ucrop.it.

Pablo Adrián Vaquero has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires in Negocios from 1996 to 1997, a degree from the IAE Business in Agriculture Engineering from 1996 to 1997, and a School and a post degree from Buenos Aires University in Agribusinesses.
