Caitlin Addlesperger

Caitlin Addlesperger is a seasoned professional in arts and culture management, currently serving as a Board Member for the Wyoming Arts Alliance and the WYO Performing Arts & Education Center. As Deputy Director at Ucross since July 2020, Caitlin has played a vital role in strategic planning and expanding the artist residency program's national profile. Previous positions include Director of External Relations and Communications Manager at Ucross, where Caitlin successfully managed branding, fundraising campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. Caitlin's early career included roles at The Sheridan Press, Eataly, and The Umbra Institute, where expertise in marketing, public relations, and event coordination was developed. Caitlin holds a BA in Modern Languages and Literature from Kenyon College.
