Cody Plaisance

Cody Plaisance, SHRM-CP, is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Utility Construction Services, LLC since October 2024, Cody previously worked at Morris P. Hebert, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist and Assistant, where responsibilities included recruiting, administering benefits, and managing employee relations. Cody also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Start Corporation and held positions in facility maintenance and food service. Cody holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a Human Resources concentration from Nicholls State University, earned in May 2022.
