Julie Spicer

Julie Spicer is currently the Chief Advancement Officer at UCS Healthcare, where Julie also serves as the Grant Director. Previously, Julie worked as a Community Engagement Coordinator at Iowa College Student Aid Commission and as an Adjunct Instructor and Director of Community Engagement at AIB College of Business. Julie also held the position of Volunteer Engagement/Communications Coordinator at United Way of Central Iowa. Julie holds a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University, a Bachelor in Social Science from Upper Iowa University, and an AS in Business Administration, Sales, and Marketing from AIB College of Business.
