Robert Nogueras, MBA, is a seasoned healthcare and operations executive with over 25 years of experience, specializing in medical program management and leadership within military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Analyst for the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) at Contracting Resources Group, Inc., Robert provides high-level contracting support to the Defense Health Agency. Prior roles include Deputy Director for the ARNORTH Command Surgeon, Director of Programs at The OutFit, Inc., and various leadership positions within the US Army, including Battalion Commander and Deputy Surgeon for Operations. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M University, an MBA from Webster University, and a Master's Degree in Military and Strategic Leadership from The United States Army War College.
