Eugenia Shpotnik

Eugenia Shpotnik is an accomplished Senior QA/Test Engineer with extensive experience in the healthcare and finance sectors. Currently at UCSF Medical Center since June 2013, Eugenia has been instrumental in Agile/Scrum processes, executing test cases, performing regression testing, and facilitating communication between developers and business stakeholders. Previously, roles at TechSoup Global and Kaiser Permanente included designing test plans, managing testing activities, and tracking defect resolution using HP Quality Center. With a foundational background in Electrical Engineering and additional training in advanced software technologies, Eugenia possesses a strong technical skill set and a commitment to quality assurance across diverse projects.
