Gabrielle Montenegro

Gabrielle Montenegro is a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Department of Medicine Division of Cardiology at UCSF Health, a position held since April 2023. Gabrielle has received the Martin Luther King Next Generation Award from Berkeley Unified School District and is a QuestBridge Scholar and National College Match Scholarship Recipient. Gabrielle earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry from Macalester College, where engagement included serving as a Chemistry Office Assistant from January 2020 to May 2023. Previous experience includes roles as an Office Specialist for the City of Berkeley, a Research Intern at Stanford University School of Medicine and the Stanford Cardiovascular Institute, and multiple research internship positions at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals. Additionally, Gabrielle was a Teen Task Force Member at YMCA of the East Bay.
