Kristie Wong

Kristie Wong, MS, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Client Services, Reporting and Analytics for Medical Group Business Services at UCSF Medical Center, a role held since March 2011. In this capacity, Kristie supports significant annual cash collections, interfaces with critical revenue cycle stakeholders, and manages a team of analysts focused on revenue cycle reporting and analytics. Previous positions include Senior Manager and Client Services Manager within the same department, as well as roles in case management and consulting. Kristie's educational background includes a Master of Science in Health Administration and Interprofessional Leadership from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Dental Biology with a Psychology Minor from California State University - East Bay.
