Laura Zitella

Laura Zitella, NP, is a skilled Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner at UCSF Medical Center since November 2018, specializing in the care of patients with hematologic malignancies such as lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and leukemia, with expertise in managing side effects of various therapies. In addition, Laura has served as an Associate Clinical Professor in the ACNP program at the University of California, San Francisco since 2003, providing clinical preceptorship and teaching courses on cardiac toxicity and coagulopathy related to cancer treatment. Prior to current roles, Laura was a Lead Advanced Practice Provider at Stanford University Medical Center from January 1999 to May 2018, where responsibilities included supervising a team of advanced practice providers and facilitating collaboration across disciplines.
