Michael Helle, NRP/CCP, FP-C, MHA, MBA, serves as the Interim Vice President of Population Health at UCSF Health, where responsibilities include leading the Office of Population Health and guiding strategic initiatives in population health, delivery system reform, and accountable care. Previously, Michael served as Director of Clinical Programs at UCSF Health, overseeing clinical programs for over 120,000 patients. Michael's extensive experience includes roles such as Operations/Business Manager at Stanford Health Care, Manager of Cardiovascular/Outpatient Services at Advocate Health Care, and Director of Outpatient Services/Case Management at Beaver Dam Community Hospital. Michael has held leadership positions related to emergency medical services and patient care across various organizations since beginning in the field in 1994. Education includes dual master's degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Critical Care Paramedicine.
