Rebecca Nguyen

Rebecca Nguyen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application management and IT service management, currently serving as the Patient Access Applications Manager at UCSF Medical Center since February 2019. Prior roles include Senior Cyber-Risk Portfolio Manager at the University of California Office of the President and various leadership positions at University of California, San Francisco, where responsibilities encompassed ITSM program management and product management for ServiceNow. With a foundational background in software development and customer support, Rebecca has also worked as an Integrations Programmer at BindView and held early career positions in sales and marketing. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Advertising from Cal State East Bay. Rebecca is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an ITIL Expert.
