Russel Fernando

Russel Fernando is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the culinary and medical coding fields. Currently serving as a Pro Fee Coder at UCSF Medical Center since October 2019, Russel previously worked as a Pastry Chef at Paula LeDuc Fine Catering, where contributions included producing high-quality pastries for celebrities and leading large-scale production projects. Additional experience includes a marketing internship at Marin Bee Company, assisting with trade shows and social media content, as well as managing the pastry department at Barkada, focusing on production and menu development. Russel holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Francisco State University and an Associate of Science in Baking and Pastry Arts.
