Susan Heath

Susan Heath possesses extensive experience in movement disorders nursing, currently serving as a Movement Disorders Nurse Clinician at the UCSF Movement Disorders and Neuromodulation Center since October 2019. Previous roles include Movement Disorders Nurse in the Department of Neurosurgery at Evergreen Hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 and Movement Disorders Clinical Nurse Specialist at the VA Medical Center from January 2002 to August 2018. Additionally, Susan worked as a Neurosurgical Clinical Nurse Specialist at the San Francisco VA Medical Center from October 1989 to August 2002. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Neuroscience Nursing from UCSF and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University - East Bay.
