Andrew Korobkin

Andrew Korobkin serves as Chief Operating Officer and VP of Delivery at Geniusee since 2021 and as a Guest Lecturer at UCU Faculty of Applied Sciences / APPS UCU since September 2023. Previously, Andrew held the position of Associate Delivery Director at SoftServe from 2015 to 2022, where responsibility included managing a profit and loss business unit focused on the TOLA region, enhancing client engagement, and overseeing successful delivery across various key performance indicators. Andrew's extensive experience in project and risk management, quality assurance, and team leadership is complemented by a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Finance from Kyiv National Economics University and an MBF from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
