Frank Barnes

Frank Barnes is a civil engineering graduate from the University of the West Indies with over 31 years of experience in construction project management, engineering, and resource management throughout the Caribbean. They currently serve as a Lead Partner at Fiqol Concept Partnerships Ltd., where they focus on delivering cost-effective projects and improving quality of life through expert construction management systems and the Lean Construction Delivery System. Frank has held various roles, including Chief Executive Officer at UDeCOTT and Project Manager at Kier Construction Ltd., and has developed 17 construction systems tailored to unique regional challenges. With a core mission of empowerment and guided by values such as integrity and reliability, Frank aims to enhance outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
