Shyam Suryanarayanan is an accomplished leader in the education and consulting sectors with extensive experience in founding and directing organizations. Currently serving as Director and Leader of Udhyam Shiksha at Udhyam Learning Foundation since October 2021, Shyam has previously co-founded SciTal, focusing on enhancing learning and career outcomes in educational institutions. As Founder and CEO of C-DRIVE, Shyam catered to the hiring needs in the Bio and Chemical Sciences sectors. Shyam also held key leadership positions at Starrfish Consulting, S2 Management Consulting, and VLinkU Learning Technologies, contributing significantly to niche recruitment, management consulting, and distributed learning innovations.
