Dr Andrew Pledger

Dr. Andrew Pledger is the Head of Hydromorphometry and Flood at UDlive, where they focus on developing innovative flood forecasting and environmental monitoring solutions. Previously, they worked as an IoT Systems Manager and led customer discovery initiatives at Previsico, aimed at creating a unique environmental sensing system for real-time flood monitoring. Dr. Pledger held roles as a Research Associate and Lecturer at Loughborough University, culminating in a PhD in Fluvial Geomorphology. They also owned AP Environmental Solutions, a consultancy dedicated to ecological and hydrological services.
