Adrian Dinca

Adrian Dinca is a Senior Safety and Security Manager at UEFA, where they coordinate educational and training programs for National Associations. With over 15 years of experience in law enforcement, they served as a deputy head of the National Football Information Point of Romania and have contributed to various international safety and security initiatives. Adrian has held significant roles such as Vice-Chair and then Chair of the Council of Europe Convention on Spectator Violence, and they are currently the Chair of the Committee on Safety and Security at Sports Events. They hold a Doctorate in Safety, Security, and Service at Sport Events from “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Police Academy in Bucharest.
