Alice Williams

Alice Williams has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Alice'smost recent role was as a Lawyer | Avocate at UEFA, where they provided legal advice and support to the members of the UEFA Organs for Administration of Justice. This included drafting decisions, briefs, and legal memorandums for various proceedings before the UEFA Organs for Administration of Justice and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Alice also attended meetings and hearings related to these matters and provided legal support to other units and divisions within UEFA.

Prior to their role at UEFA, Alice worked as an Associate in International Arbitration at Schellenberg Wittmer from 2019 to 2021, and at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from 2017 to 2019. Alice also gained experience as a Contract Lawyer at Inventus in 2017.

Alice started their legal career as a Trainee in International Arbitration at Hogan Lovells in 2016 and as a Trainee in Litigation at Gide Loyrette Nouel in 2015. Alice also interned at Vivien & Associés in a corporate role in 2014.

Additionally, Alice has prior experience as an Intern and Legal Assistant at Cabinet Santesteban in 2012 and as an Intern at SCP Coutard Munier-Apaire - Avocats aux Conseils in 2010.

Alice Williams attended Lycée Aristide Briand from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Baccalauréat Scientifique et allemand européen. From 2008 to 2012, they studied at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II), obtaining a Master Droit International and Licence de Droit. During the same period, they also completed a Diplôme Universitaire du Collège de Droit et de l'Ecole de Droit with a focus on Comparative Law. In 2012, Alice attended UCL (University College London) for a year, specializing in Contract, Tort, Property, and Conflict of laws. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued their education at Sciences Po Law School, focusing on Economic Law and Global Governance Studies. Finally, in 2015, Alice attended Paris Bar School and acquired a Lawyers Practising Certificate/CAPA qualification as a French Qualified Lawyer.
