Aris Sarris

Aris Sarris has a diverse work experience in the field of iOS engineering and digital marketing. Aris is currently working at UEFA as a Lead iOS Engineer since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Advantage FSE as a Staff iOS Engineer from 2019 to 2022, leading the team in the implementation and delivery of the First Bank Romania Banking app. Aris also served as an iOS Tech Lead at Advantage FSE from 2017 to 2019, where they tripled the size of the iOS team and shipped multiple banking apps to production.

Aris co-founded Gemm Labs, Inc. in 2013 and served as the CTO, leading the development of a social platform for movie and TV fans. Aris also worked as an iOS Developer at Addit Digital Marketing from 2012 to 2013, handling various projects for local TV channels, magazines, and multinational companies. Aris briefly worked at SingularLogic in 2012 and 2010, contributing to projects related to secure results transmission and the Diafania platform.

Aris Sarris pursued their education in the field of software engineering and telecommunications engineering from 2005 to 2012 at the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications, University of Athens, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. In addition, they received several certifications including "Mobile App Vulnerabilities" from CENSUS S.A. in May 2016, "Workshop on Accessibility for Native and Web Applications" from Advantage FSE in May 2016, "OMNIA Architecture Training" from Advantage FSE in April 2016, and "Digital Banking & Business Training" from Advantage FSE in March 2016.
