David Isakov

David Isakov is currently the Head of the Competition Department at the Latvian Football Federation, where they develop and oversee national competitions and manage operational aspects to enhance efficiency. Previously, David served as the Competitions Director for the Latvian Futsal Association and held the role of Project Manager at the Latvian Football Federation, organizing national and international events including UEFA competitions. They have also worked as a Junior Accountant at Tele2 Shared Service Center and currently serve as a UEFA delegate. David holds an MBA and a BBA from Riga Business School.
