David Rouger

David Rouger has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. David started working for FF Natation in 2008 as a Directeur Marketing Communication, a role they held until 2013. In 2013, they joined Ligue Europeenne de Natation as the Head of events, Marketing, and media. In 2014, they joined UEFA as the Venue Operations & Broadcast Manager, and in 2016, they worked for UEFA EURO 2016 as a Venue Media Operations Manager. Currently, they are involved in consultancy work for commercial development for African Football Federations at FIFA since 2021.

David Rouger completed their Master's degree in Communication from Sciences Po Bordeaux from 2003 to 2005. David further pursued their studies in sport management and obtained another Master's degree in European Sports Governance from Sciences Po from 2012 until 2014. Additionally, they also attended CDES from 2012 to 2014, although the specific field of study for their degree is unknown.
