Emily Shaw

Emily Shaw began their work experience in 2007 at UEFA as the Women's Football Development Manager, a role they held until 2016. Emily then joined FIFA in 2017 as the Head of Development and Governance until 2019, and later became the Member Associations Director - Europe from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, Emily joined UEFA again, this time as the Head of Executive Office.

Emily Shaw completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Anthropology at the University of St Andrews from 2003 to 2007. Emily then pursued further education and obtained an Executive Master's degree in European Sports Governance from the Université de Limoges between 2016 and 2019.
