Francesco Basso

Francesco Basso has extensive experience in procurement and project management, having held various senior roles at UEFA since May 2013, including Procurement Senior Management, Venue Director, Procurement Manager, Disciplinary Services Manager, and Disciplinary Services Coordinator. Prior to UEFA, Basso worked at FULLSTEP NETWORKS from January 2008 to May 2013 as a Project Manager, contributing to significant projects in the automotive and facility management sectors. Early in the career, Basso served as Sales Manager at Canepa SAS for a brief period in 2007. Basso's academic qualifications include an Executive Diploma in Purchasing from the European Institute of Purchasing Management and advanced studies in Football Management and Sport Management from the University of Lausanne and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, respectively, alongside a degree from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria.
