Gergely Pánics has had a diverse range of work experiences. From 2012 onwards, they worked as an FDEP Instructor for UEFA. In 2010, they became an Assistant Professor at Semmelweis University Department of Traumatology and also worked as an Orthopedic Surgeon at Uzsoki Kórház. In 2012, they became the Head of Medical Services for Ferencvárosi Torna Club. Furthermore, they held various positions at Magyar Labdarúgó Szövetség, including Member of the Medical Board and Senior Team Head Medical. Pánics also presented at Isokinetic Medical Group in 2011. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Medical Fellow at Chelsea Football Club. Lastly, from 2009 to 2012, they served as the Team Physician for Budapest Honvéd.
Gergely Pánics has a diverse education history. Gergely pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in the Orthopedic Sports Medicine Residency Program at Semmelweis University from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Law and Political Sciences from Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem, which they completed between 1998 and 2003.
