Ivan Goncearuc

Ivan Goncearuc's work experience includes serving as a Community Development Officer at UEFA since February 2020, where they focus on facilitating fan engagement and growth of match attendances at Moldovan football clubs. Ivan has also worked as a Strategic Business Development Manager at Dacia Buiucani since August 2021. Prior to that, Ivan was the CEO at Creatlon Sports & Entertainment starting from August 2018. Ivan has also held positions such as Chief Marketing Officer at FC Petrocub from January 2020 to August 2021, and Chief Executive Officer at FC Sfântul Gheorghe Suruceni from August 2016 to August 2018.

Ivan Goncearuc completed a Certificate in Football Management at UEFA Academy - IDHEAP from 2022 to 2023. Ivan studied administrare sport și fitness at the academy. Prior to that, they attended Universitatea Liberă Internațională din Moldova from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Public Relations/Branding and Image Management. During their time at the university, they completed coursework focused on the influence of ultras groups on the image of football clubs. Additionally, Ivan obtained certifications in Football Marketing and Management from Sports Business Institute Barcelona in April 2021, and in Introduction to Social Media Marketing from Facebook through Coursera in January 2021.
