Kamila Wiktor has extensive work experience in sports event management and coordination. Kamila began their career in 1999 as a member of AEGEE and later worked as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant at Regency Resorts from 2002 to 2004. From 2005 to 2009, Kamila held various roles at TVP Sport, including Sport Projects Coordinator, Sports Knowledge Base Manager, and TVP International Coordinator at the Summer Olympic Games Beijing 2008. Kamila also worked as the TVP Sport Director's Assistant and as a Sport Teasers, Trailers, and Video clips Editor during this time. In 2005, Kamila worked as a Project Manager at PeMaPe Marketing Agency, where they organized the Torch Relay project for SAMSUNG Poland. Kamila then gained significant experience with UEFA, starting as an Event Coordinator for UEFA EURO 2012 from 2009 to 2012. Kamila later became a Guest Liaison Officer and VIP Services Manager for the same event. In 2012, Kamila joined the Polish Football Association, where they worked as the Head of the President's Office and later as the Director of the Management Board Office from 2012 to 2021. Kamila is currently employed by UEFA as a UEFA Venue Director and a UEFA Venue Director's Tutor since 2013 and 2021, respectively. Most recently, Kamila served as the Competitions Operations Manager at LOC/FIFA Club World Cup in 2022.
Kamila Wiktor obtained a Master's degree in International Relations from The Diplomatic Academy in Madrid, Spain, from 2003 to 2004. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree at the University of Gdansk in Political Science and Government, spanning from 1995 to 2000. In 1994, Kamila received a diploma from the Private School of Marketing in Gdansk, although the field of study for their diploma is not specified.
