Konstantinos Tsoukakis has a diverse range of work experience in the sports and events industry. Konstantinos began their career in 2004 as a Broadcast Logistics Assistant for OBS - OLYMPIC BROADCASTING SERVICES during the Athens Olympic Games. Konstantinos then worked as an Assistant Venue Logistics Manager for HBS during the FIFA World Cup 2006. Konstantinos continued their involvement in major sporting events as a Venue Logistics Manager for DAGBS during the Doha Asian Games 2006. Tsoukakis then joined UEFA in 2007 as an Event Support Services Coordinator. Konstantinos later took on the role of Administration Officer in the Greek Army from 2009 to 2010. After that, they worked as an Event Manager for CUBE Destinations and Meeting Planners, where they were responsible for coordinating event logistics and budget control. In 2010, they served as a VIP Hospitality Logistics Manager for MATCH Hospitality AG during the FIFA World Cup. Konstantinos returned to UEFA in 2011 and held various roles, including Central Services Manager and Venue Services and Sponsorship Manager, where they managed commercial operations and sponsor rights implementation for the UEFA Champions League. In 2017, they became the Managing Director of Tailored Sports. Tsoukakis will also be joining FIFA in 2022 as the VVIP Lounge Manager. Throughout their career, Tsoukakis has gained experience in managing teams, coordinating logistics, and working with various stakeholders in the sports and events industry.

Konstantinos Tsoukakis completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Industrial Management and Technology at the University of Piraeus from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in IT Systems at the Technical University of Munich from 2004 to 2006.
