Dr. Levent Bıçakcı was born in 1953 in Ankara. They completed their high school education at İstanbul Erkek Lisesi and graduated from İstanbul University with a Bachelor's degree in Law in 1976. Following graduation, Bıçakcı served as an assistant at İstanbul University's Faculty of Law from 1976 to 1984 while pursuing a Ph.D. at Köln University through a DAAD scholarship, which they completed in 1984. Currently, Bıçakcı is the founder and managing partner of Dr. Levent Bıçakcı Hukuk Bürosu, and they hold the position of Vice President of the UEFA Arbitration Board. Additionally, Bıçakcı has played significant roles in various sports law organizations in Turkey and is actively involved in academic initiatives related to sports law.
