Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. In addition, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V., a role started in January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a University Professor at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
