Michael van Praag

Michael van Praag currently serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at AFC Ajax since November 2023. Since 2009, van Praag has been a member of the Executive Committee at UEFA, holding various leadership positions, including Chairman of the Stadium & Security Committee and Vice Chairman of the Club Competitions Committee. Additionally, van Praag has been the President of the Royal Netherlands Football Association (KNVB) since June 2008, with prior roles such as Chairman at the Royal Dutch Football Federation and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Eredivisie CV. Other notable experiences include serving as Voorzitter at Nederlandse Sportraad and working as a Producer at Janke Dekker Theater Producties. Educationally, Michael van Praag studied at TH Delft from 1965 to 1969.
