Nilo Effori is an accomplished legal and sports professional with extensive experience in international sports law and operations. Currently serving as the Director of International Football at Pogoń Szczecin since February 2025, Nilo oversees the strategic integration of football operations globally. Nilo is also a Partner at ESL Sports Law, a firm founded in 2015 that has become a leader in sports law, specializing in disputes, finance, and regulatory matters. Additional roles include lecturing at UEFA Academy and ISDE Barcelona, serving as an Arbitrator for Sport Resolutions, and being a member of the South America Executive Steering Committee at Football for Peace.
