Sally Horrox

Sally Horrox is an accomplished leader in sports, particularly in women's rugby and football. Currently serving as Chief of Women’s Rugby at World Rugby since May 2022, Sally has also been an Advisor and Mentor for Women's Football at UEFA and a Non-Executive Chair for Women’s Football at the Football Association of Ireland since 2021. Sally co-founded Y Sport, an international sports strategy consultancy, and previously held key roles at The Football Association, where significant contributions included leading the establishment of the FA Women's Super League. With a strong foundation in law from the University of Birmingham and extensive experience across various organizations, including England Netball and DLA Piper, Sally has demonstrated a commitment to advancing women's sports and related strategies globally.
