Stephanie Forde possesses extensive experience in sports management, currently serving as the Head of Global Partnerships & Strategy in the CEO Office at the Royal Belgian Football Association since January 2013, alongside roles as Operations Director for the Professional Refereeing Department and Referee Development Officer. Additionally, since September 2022, Forde is a member of the Referee Convention Panel at UEFA. Prior to these roles, Forde worked at KA Merksem from September 2005 to August 2016, managing accountancy and maintenance personnel, and served as a teacher. Forde holds a Postgraduate Degree in Sportmanagement from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, obtained between 2020 and 2021.
