Aliff Syahmi is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as Deputy Senior Manager, Talent at UEM Edgenta Berhad since February 2021, Aliff previously held the position of Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition at Celcom Axiata Berhad, where innovative recruitment strategies were implemented to enhance candidate experience. Prior roles include Principal, Talent Scout & Industrial Relations at webe digital, Recruitment Specialist cum HRBP at Mesiniaga Berhad, and Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist at Randstad Sourceright, with a focus on IT recruitment across the APAC region. Aliff began a career in research as a Research Analyst at Frost & Sullivan and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Multimedia University.
