Razman Ismail

Razman Ismail is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at UEM Edgenta Berhad since November 2019, Razman previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad from July 2014 to September 2019, overseeing HR for a workforce of 4,500 across BIMB Holdings Berhad. Earlier career achievements include serving as Director of Group Human Resources at CIMB, Manager of Recruitment and Scholarship at Bank Negara Malaysia, and Principal Consultant at IBM Malaysia. Academic qualifications include a Certificate in Leadership Development from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science in Management, Human Resources from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
