Rozita Abdul Aziz

Rozita Abdul Aziz is an experienced Manager in Industrial Relations and Discipline at UEM Edgenta Berhad, specializing in fostering organizational harmony and implementing effective Industrial Relations policies. With a track record since August 2015, Rozita has contributed to the UEM Group Master Plan initiatives to enhance policies and targeted action plans across various companies. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Company Secretary at TACS Corporation Sdn Bhd, where Rozita managed company secretarial services for public listed and private limited companies, and as Head of HR Operations at PROPEL Berhad, handling disciplinary inquiries and promoting compliance with HR policies. Rozita holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the Open University of Malaysia, an ICSA qualification, and completed STPM equivalent at Kolej Sultan Abdul Hamid.
