Syahrunizam Samsudin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at UEM Edgenta Berhad since July 2020, Syahrunizam previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd, where the company became renowned as a leading micropayments and mobility provider. As a founder and director of TNG Digital, a joint venture with Ant Financial Group, and co-founder of Ata Plus, a Shariah-compliant equity crowdfunding platform, Syahrunizam has demonstrated a commitment to innovative financial solutions. Additional significant roles include founding SBS Technology Solutions and serving as Director at Space Ventures Malaysia, along with various leadership positions in PETRONAS and other organizations. Syahrunizam's educational background includes a postgraduate program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, an Advanced Management Program at IMD, and dual degrees in Law and Commerce from The Australian National University.
