Tze Wei Choo

Tze Wei Choo currently serves as General Manager at UEM Edgenta Berhad, overseeing the P&L of Edgenta UEMS Sdn Bhd, which employs over 4,000 staff and generates RM140 Million annually. Responsibilities include developing a five-year business strategy and driving sales initiatives. Previously, Tze Wei held the position of Head of Business Excellence at OPUS Consultants, focusing on business strategy and corporate governance. Past experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Jacobs, leading bridge and maritime operations, as well as senior positions at Sinclair Knight Merz, Pennoni, McCormick Taylor, and Gamuda Berhad, emphasizing structural engineering and project management. Tze Wei is academically equipped with an Executive education in Accounting and Finance from The Wharton School, an M.Eng in Structural Engineering from Penn State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Malaysia University of Science and Technology.
