Amran Hafiz Affifudin

Amran Hafiz Affifudin currently serves as the Managing Director and Chairman of UEM Group Berhad since January 2023. Additionally, Amran holds several board member positions, including UEM Edgenta Berhad, UEM Sunrise Berhad, PLUS Malaysia, and Malaysia Airports, while also acting as Chairman for UEM Lestra and Cenergi SEA. Amran has a long-standing role as a Non Independent Non Executive Director at Iskandar Investment Berhad since April 2018 and previously served as Executive Director - Head of Malaysian Investments at Khazanah Nasional Berhad until August 2024. Amran's academic background includes a B.Sc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Virginia and participation in a Senior Executive Programme at London Business School in 2018.
