The Others segment is engaged in investment holding, assets and facilities management, project management, harvesting, land leasing, other income, and other dormant companies. It has operations in four geographical areas: Malaysia, Canada, Australia and Singapore. Its subsidiaries include UEM Sunrise (Canada) Sdn. Bhd., Nusajaya Resort Sdn. Bhd., UEM Land Berhad, UEM Sunrise (Australia) Sdn. Bhd. and UEM Sunrise Management Services Sdn. Bhd.
