Guy has held various roles at Universal Engineering Sciences, including Vice President, Orlando Branch Manager, Vice President of Geotechnical Engineering Services, and Principal Geotechnical Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for managing a team of employees, overseeing day-to-day operations, business development, client maintenance, and ensuring profitability. Guy also served as the Department Manager for Geotechnical and Environmental Services at Universal Engineering Sciences' Orlando Branch, as well as the Branch Manager for their Pensacola and Ocala locations. Prior to their time at Universal Engineering Sciences, Guy was the Department Manager for Geotechnical and Environmental Services at Professional Service Industries in Charlotte, NC. Guy has a strong background in managing geotechnical engineering projects, coordinating field and laboratory testing programs, and providing engineering analyses and recommendations. Guy Rabens is an experienced and accomplished professional in the engineering field.
