Matthew Elmore

Matthew Elmore, P.E. is an experienced Engineering Services Manager currently working at Universal Engineering Sciences. Prior to this, Matthew held similar positions at GFA International, Inc. and Ardaman & Associates. Matthew has a background in Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing and Inspection. Throughout their career, Matthew has managed branch offices, led geotechnical engineering investigations, and provided technical provisions for design and construction projects. Matthew also has experience as a Civil Engineering Intern and Freshmen Baseball Head Coach. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Trine University.
