Sam Palmer

Sam Palmer, P.E., CBO/CFM, currently serves as the Las Vegas Branch Manager for UES, a prominent engineering and consulting firm ranked #36 on Engineering News-Record’s 2023 Top 500 Design Firms. Previously, Sam was the Deputy Executive Officer at the Nevada State Contractors Board and the Assistant Director for the Clark County Department of Building and Fire Prevention Bureau. With extensive experience, Sam also held the position of Executive VP and Western Operating Group Manager at Terracon, overseeing multiple states and regions. Sam's career includes roles as Regional Manager for Southern Nevada at Kleinfelder and Chief of Construction Management for the City of Las Vegas. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from UNLV and a BS in Geological Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
