Justin Douglas

Justin Douglas is a finance professional with extensive experience in retail operations and real estate development. Currently serving as the Director of Finance - Retail Operations at UETA since January 2023, Justin previously held the position of Director of Corporate Finance at Norfolk Financial Group and the Panama Real Estate Development Fund from August 2019 to January 2023, focusing on investment strategies within a publicly traded REIT. Additional roles include Managing Partner at Low Tide Capital, Investor Relations and International Portfolio Manager at Dekel Holdings, and Owner and Managing Partner at Madera Unica, S.A., where Justin specialized in high-end residential projects in Panama. Earlier in Justin's career, project management experience was gained at Grupo Corcione and Red Frog Beach in Panama, and real estate sales experience was acquired at Wilson, Hull, and Neal Realty in Atlanta, Georgia. Justin holds a BBA in International Business and Real Estate from the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia.
