Sita Ravinutala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, and organizational growth. As Co-Founder and COO of uExcelerate since June 2018, Sita has been instrumental in democratizing coaching within enterprises to help professionals unlock their potential. Prior experience includes significant roles at Toastmasters International where Sita revitalized education programs and mentored club leaders, and at Deloitte, leading expatriate support services and CSR initiatives across the nation. Sita's career also encompasses management roles in organizations such as ING Vysya Life Insurance and earlier positions in various companies, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
