UF Florida Women in Business
Julia Ferenac currently serves as a Sales Operations Coordinator at CNTV since May 2023 and is also a Mentor for the UF Florida Women in Business program as of October 2023. Previously, Julia was a Mentee in the UF Business Undergraduate Mentorship Program from January to April 2023 and worked as a Food Runner at RusTeak Restaurant & Wine Bar from October 2020 to August 2022. Julia is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management at the University of Florida, expected to graduate in May 2025, following the completion of a high school diploma at Edgewater High School in May 2021.

Florida Women in Business (FWIB) is a professional development organization that gives women the tools to succeed and break down barriers in college and beyond. We strive to become leaders and examples in our community. Our vision is to empower women in a supportive environment and provide each member a unique experience. We also provide our members with opportunities for internships, personal development, and networking. Non-business majors and people of all identities and backgrounds are encouraged to be a part of our organization and assist us in our efforts to change corporate culture.
