Edward Daech

Edward Daech is an accomplished human resources executive currently serving as the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at UF Health since January 2023. Prior to this role, Edward was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System from February 2022 to January 2023. Edward's extensive experience includes various leadership positions at Ascension from June 2013 to January 2022, where roles included Regional Vice President, Vice President, and Executive Director of Human Resources. Additional previous positions include Assistant CEO and Director of Human Resources at Community Health Systems, Manager of Workforce Engagement and Labor Relations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Human Resources Manager at Aisin U.S.A. Mfg. Edward holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from North Central College, a BS in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, and an AAS in Business Management from John A. Logan College.
